Welcome to Filmrats; a multimedia evening showcasing short films and live music. We're a hybrid of different creative artistry coming together to enjoy music, film and to socialise. The night is currently being held bi-monthly @ The Victoria, right in the heart of Birmingham city centre.

We are always looking for filmmakers and musicians, amateur or professional, and various other performance artists (Are you a poet? A comedian?) who would like to show their art in front of an appreciative audience. We accept all films and music videos, and will play all submissions granted that the subject matter is not offensive.

For filmmakers, please send in your short films on DVD format to our address (see 'Contact') and email us any stills, posters, trailers alongside a brief synopsis and production credits.
